I removed a couple of my decals that were getting brittle and peeling/flaking off. I used a heat gun which worked wonders, and then used 3M adhesive remover to get the remaining adhesive residue off. That was how my dealer's service manager recommended to do it. The problem with mine was that the UV rays had ever so slightly discolored the exposed fiberglass and you can still see where the decals were. Yours being new, you shouldn't have that same issue.
