A hair dryer and WD-40 has worked for me, along with a plastic putty knife.
However, I'm not sure why you would want to remove new decals unless you really find them to be ugly (which could well be the case with some units I've seen!). Why not just wait a few years, and try to protect them as much as possible as suggested above?
