update:we went on our longest trip so far.4 days of fishing.8 lbs of propane,15 gallons of fresh water and 2 gallons for the crapper and the single battery lasted the whole trip even using the furnace every night.we intentionally avoided conserving anything to see how long everything would last.i think we could easily double our days if we were frugal.very,very happy campers.:)
