I did major rebuild on my Fleetwood last year and it is no fun.
Good part my Fleetwood had aluminium skeleton, but the skeleton did not include lower front wall and that is where the toothpick-sized wood rotten and sag making the jacks dangling on left over aluminium/fir frame .
Get lot of jack stands and holding lumber to square the camper before taking it apart.
