Thanks kohldad - I am planning on taking care of the rot in the nose but I'll keep the window.
I did plan on replacing the existing insulation too but at this point I have no idea with what until I get in there.
Looking forward to get it finished. I actually really like the camper itself and plan on keeping it for a very very long time.
Years ago I made the comment here in the forum that camper manufactures removed the nose window do to it being soo prone to leaking and rotting the wood and folks here thought I was an idiot.
A good friend who was a Lance camper distributor told me that. He also told me that every new Lance camper he got in he had a glass company come and pull the front window and caulk (can't remember with what) around the inside of the weather stripping and reinstall the window.
