For 4 yrs I carried a 3300lb camper (empty) on my 2004 2500 Dodge L/B SRW with only Tembrens...The only problem was that I was approaching the maximum tire weight rating...I did have a small amount of sway but if I had it to do over again, I'd simply add a pair of supersprings to the tembrens...I believe you'll be fine with only a slight modification...JMO
