I suspect from a standing start towing 16,000 lbs or more so with 35,000 lbs the 10 speed will definitely shine against the 6 speed.

What is the test on the way up? To maintain 60 MPH. So with vehicles with similar or an abundance of power to maintain the speed limit or very close where is the race won? On the accelerations.
