Really? Cause in the warranty book of Ric's 2011 (available at the Ford Fleet site for recent Fords), you can use the BBB Auto Line program which is arbitration for free. If it is as cut and dry as Ric claims I'd head there first. BBB Auto Line
I'd encourage those with legitimate complaints to use this service.
"My" experience with the BBB is this: They have about as much teeth as a giant anteater. :B
Too much Kumbaya and lets all just hug and every thing will work out stuff for me.............. Also it took forrrrrrrrrrrrrrreverrrrrrr.
But in all fairness it was just one time and over 25 years ago.
