New Tire help...
Im getting ready to put new tires on my truck. Thinking about Michelins. Im finding they are all around the same price, 10-20 $$$ within each other. Just wondering if anyone had any other favorite...

Another alternative is to go to 19.5 wheels and tires...with the tread left on my tires and figureing what miles it has done now the tires on front will be around 175K plus the dual backs are looking at 160K...all good year rubber steer front and traction rear, when the backs finally go I will go to a little less traction style...but sure do love the miles and the stability and the stance and the steering is great...BTW when I am all up truck, TC fuel water and boat I am at 17800#..no air bags, but have stabiloads.
Yes the initial out lay seems high but the benefits are great. For the miles I'll get I would have needed 3 to 4 sets of LT tires...165 each x 6 x 4= $3960 My set up was approx 700 less than that and I felt so much safer. Big factor for me. JUST another idea!
