New Tires - too many options

I concur with those who talk about warranty. Any tire that comes OE on a truck would be of the type that typically have a treadwear warranty; only the most aggressive tires usually lack a treadwear warranty. I've yet to buy or see any new vehicle that did not come with the full warranty just as if the tires had been bought from the store.

Lately I've been happy with Goodyear tires but there are a lot of good tires out there. Because I like going up to the mountains and there's always a risk of snow, I only buy tires with the Mountain Snowflake (extreme snow) rating these days.
