New to me trailer question

I just bought a 2004 31' Rockwood with a 14' slide and front kitchen. This trailer has two dump valves, one in front for the Galley, and one towards the rear for the Black and Grey (shower and sink) They are not connected and this trailer has an enclosed bottom. Is it possible, and how would you join two hoses to empty into one sewer hole. I bought this trailer to sit at a year around spot we have in the desert so it won't be moved around.
Thanks!
  • Our 2007 Surveyor has 2 holding tank outlets(side x side)but about 8 inches offset. we use the red "Y" pictured above at all full hook up sites. Just use one hose at dump stations and empty black tank then gray, then rinse out hose if flush out hose is available.
  • We have the same setup, two outlets (on either side of the axles) with three valves. I have never had a problem only using one outlet at a time. The kitchen grey tank(front outlet) does not fill nearly as fast as the bath grey (rear outlet). So I just leave the hose connected to the rear and dump those tanks when needed and move the hose to the front and dump that one. This eliminates the need for extra connectors and hose ramps.

Keep it simple and be happy.
  • Yes you can bring 2 hoses to the Y and then in the sewer. When we were seasonal we used PVC pipe instead od the hose and it worked gret, something to think about. Good luck.
  • Yes there are three valves to two outlets. Thanks these look good, I've never seen two separate outlets.
  • I bet you have 3 dump valves.....2 in the rear (1 for black and 1 for grey) that go to same dump line and then the one up front for galley.

    Anyways........

Hard pipe it using the 'Y' like path1 posted

    OR
sewer hoses connected using this bayonet 'Y'
