New to the forum, looking for help with RVIA number

Hi all, I am new to the forum as I just purchased my first truck camper.

Because TC's in Minnesota don't require registration or title, I have very little info on it. The only identifying plate I can find is an RVIA seal next to the door.

RVIA's website doesn't seem to have a number lookup, and they don't provide easy ways to contact them.

Does anyone know of a website or someplace that might allow me to look up the number in hopes of learning the age of the camper?

  • Ditto slide it all the way forward and use a spacer or fast gun on that hold down or move the anchor on the camper to get the gas door open.
I'd lose that spacer under the camper too.
    Good Luck, Mike
  • I think you have some serious center of gravity issues. The COG should be in front of your rear axle. It looks to me like your tailgate is holding too much of the weight, tailgates aren't really made to carry weight. Can you load it more forward? it looks like it's spaced back a fair bit.
  • Here is a picture. I will do some more digging around the camper for a sticker or plate.

  • Look in the cupboards for a sticker with the information or post a picture here and someone may be able to help.
