Your Coachmen Catalina 172BHS offers a limited CCC of just 985 lbs so filling it's 33 gal FW tank along with another 6 gals in the water heater would chew up ~ 330 lbs of that capacity. Remember also that CCC is calculated on a base model without any battery or any options / accessories that your particular unit may have. You might want to travel with some water in the FW tank so you can use the system anywhere, even roadside stops, but likely won't want to fill the tank completely considering the trailer's limited CCC.
