Cause you are gonna be very close to the weight rating of the rear axle without adding more weight to that axle from the hitch weight gained from towing anything.
Maybe you've got your heart set on that 1165, but as others have indicated here, they're so darn heavy a good 4500/5500 series truck is needed to haul them, (and NOT a Ford F 450 as Ford has that one set up to pull; it's got less hauling ability than does my 3500 Ram).
The Lance 1172 offers almost the same floor plan with a lot less weight than the Eagle Cap. Perhaps you should consider this as an alternative.
