My msrp was $46k, I paid $32k minus my trade of $8k. That and a little cash and I financed less than $20k. I felt like I got a lot of truck for $32.
Goducks, I tried shopping a Ram 2500 with CTD, and they assured me I could never bicker to south of $40...If I could have I would have. Good for you.
I got $10,000 off MSRP from Ron Tonkin in Portland Ore. I was looking for used when I bought the 12 Ram. The price of the used ones were not that much less than what I paid for a new one with the discount.
No wonder the local Chrysler/Ram dealer wants me to trade it in on a new one.
I remember a slogan that a now gone car dealer named Scott Thomason used to say.
"If you don't come and see me today I can't save you any money". I guess buyers didn't realize they had to spend more to save money. The guy built quite a car dealership empire on that slogan.
