I did at 20 worked 35 years retired with great income getting my excellent medical at a reasonable rate.
I see it everyday in my field of work. I got my first public job at 13. Worked in the tobacco fields since I was a toddler. I got married at 17 and landed a welding job at a construction company that summer. Worked my way up the ranks in the field learning everything I possibly could as I went along. I don't make 6 figures LOL but I do very well for me and my family and have earned everything that I have gotten. My wife is the same way. She will retire in a few years and hopefully if our planning works out right I will be right there with her. We should live very well with what we will get and we won't be but fifty years old so we won't be drawing on our government salary yet. LOL
