Today, I spied a brand new Ford F-150 Eco Boost 4 door for sale at Costco. The MSRP was $56,000. WOW! I didn't realize the costs had risen that much since I shopped in 2010. I can picture myself in my Mexican built Ram for many, many more years. I had no idea that aluminuium/alunimium/ er, beer can bodies cost so much.
O.K. I'm going to stand aside so I don't get injured by Ford owners.
Going through the same. I can't even find one I like as much as mine with the 36 gallon tank, 3.73 locker, and brake controller!! For the same features/options as mine, I'm looking at $48,000 MSRP and only a $1,500 rebate. I got my '12 for $42,270 MSRP with a $6,500 rebate and it was easy to find a truck with my options!
The reason why I gave up on buying a '16 F150. I'll either hold on to mine for now, or look into a '16 Silverado if they don't come to the senses and offer some 'real' rebates to offset the ridiculous price on these new generation F150s!
