So I posted the other day bout my new (to me) 2015 F-450. Update as of last night -- Got the Torklift Superhitch Magnum 30k hitch installed.Torklift tie-downs on.Upper Stableloads done. Camper pigtail wiring done.Have the Stableload lowers still left to put in.I was shocked.Just putting in the StableLoad uppers solved 80% of my sag, and the truck felt rock solid on a test drive. It's hard to tell in the pics, but here's what the tape measure said--Measured from the fender to top of tire-- (keep in mind, this is the stock spring pack)Empty, I was 1" high in the rear compared to front.Loaded stock - 2.5" low in the rear.StableLoad Uppers only - 3/4" low in the rear.If you haven't put these on, they were super easy, about 20 minutes total for all 4, that includes one beer. And I don't ever have to worry about airbag leaks or pops!!Lowers will take a little longer, that's tomorrow.I had to lighten up the brightness/contrast so you can see the rear fenderwell a little better--Before (day after I got the truck, no hitch or tie-downs)After -- upper StableLoads only. Big thing to notice - the front to rear fender gap before vs. after.

Looks good. I'm wondering how your are going to like towing with it as well.

I like to see a truck with springs adequate for the load. It's very obvious from the pictures. The lower stableloads might put you right back to stock ride height. Good work

We just added lower stableloads to our rig, and the improvement in ride was huge and we have all the mods. Engaging the lower big leaf spring enables the reduction of air bag pressure to provide our best ride yet. Zeroing in on the perfect ride has been long and progressively ongoing, we're talking years here, I think the lower stableloads have given us truck camper driving nirvana.

Very cool. I like these kind of posts showing with pics what worked with what combos. Like mine regarding my Ram 3500. Great reference for people to use for years!

As others have pointed out, Boaty, besides the angle perhaps being the culprit, it does look like your pickup bed is being twisted towards the rear.

You are going to need airbags. I'm also curious what that camper weighs; it's a monster.

My job is to lift and push stuff, and I was smoked after two of them that way! I was trying to put a lot of pressure though so the bit wouldn't dull on me.

When I got my 2005 truck, I was pleasantly surprised that the overloads were already drlled. Whoohoo!

I just used a slow rpm drill, oil and some time. The floor jack works, though I'm too dumb to do it. I did put the jack under my hitch to lift the spring packs so the boots would go in easy. So...our collective minds would make it even simpler. Lol.

You can also just use a floor jack behind a drill to keep pressure on the spring. Keep spraying it with oil, though.

The uppers are easy-peasy. The lowers are a bit more involved. Drilling the springs takes arms like popeye or the Torklift tool. Getting the bolt between the leaves takes a long cheater bar and an assistant for those that are a tight fit. I cut my bolts back a bit.

Sure wish some of you Stable load experienced installers lived close to me. These shops want an arm and a leg to install them, and then I find out none have ever done it before. Is it really as easy as the website video shows?

Air bags are nice to be infinitely adjustable even when towing. You could try some of the home made lower stable loads.
