My Curt was very user friendly. No issues what so ever.
I read the same narcissistic rants about what a POS my 18 year old two jaw 15k Classic Reese was. Never had any trouble with it. Sold it to a friend and installed it in his truck and it’s serving him well. I’m sure the Curt is a fine hitch as well. Dang sure better looking than the b&w.
