Got the Kreg Jr jig to put frame together. Haven't used it yet but seems to make more sense than bradkets or toenailing screws at an angle.
I'm going to take the skin off and then study the framing before taking it apart (will leave it attached to the interior paneling). None of the inside scares me because I can make it fine but the framing has to be almost perfect or the skin won't go back correctly. Shouldn't be too dificult but I will have to take some time and make sure I copy it closely.
I am trying to decide now what to include and what not to. This really won't be our family camper, probably just me and son or me and a buddy on a trout fishing trip or a quick overnight at daughter's travel volleyball events.
One thing I am debating for sure is tankless WH, will study that on the web for a while, open to any feedback here.
Have to make sure first what I am going to use it for and then it will be relatively easy to decide what it needs.
Oh, and thanks for the mcmaster link. I have bought things there before but didn't think about them for the bits. I have some 5/32 but will try a few 1/8 too.
