vibrating multi tool thing
Sand blaster
Air compressor
Nail gun/stapler
Paint sprayer
Welder
I will almost certainly get the impact driver and the multi tool. Will probably borrow or get outside help (sand blasting, welding, etc if needed), but you better believe I've thought about it.
