unfortunately, you didn't come here first, to get some education on what to look for in buying a hybrid.
without knowing how much you paid for it, i would say that it's not worth the time and sweat.
so much is wrong with it.
i just sold my 2007 Roo hybrid and there was NO water damage, except for a toilet leak that damaged a small section of the floor.
if you feel that you have to deal with it, do a YouTube search on travel trailer repair. i know that there are lots of them, including some bunk door repair videos. the doors were made of luan.
i hate to say it but Dutchmen's Cub/Kodiak hybrids had a terrible reputation for this kind of thing.
