Newbie- we bought a lemon! Delamination issues

We were at the dealership looking at a pop up for $2,700. And then saw this for sale for $3,995. So we ended up buying for that price. So I don't know how we did on the price but I was just lied to about the leaks. Really if this can get us through a few years. We can then decide if we want to upgrade to something nicer.
