I would DEFINITELY let them know. Do NOT call them. It gives them the opportunity to blow you off too easily.
GO down there with pictures etc. and better yet bring the RV with you.
Face to face with them with all the damage is the best way to go.
They don't know unless you show them. The owner that traded it in could have, and most likely, lied about the condition and all the damage.
Who knows once you show the dealership all the damage he might right then and there take it back from you to save his reputation and/or license!
