Newbie- we bought a lemon! Delamination issues

Sowme beach, I just went through the same nightmare. I removed the front floor and replaced due to rot. I even removed the front curved panel and replaced the rotten wood that makes the curve. then resealed everything and fixed leaks in the plumbing. Big job but not impossible and minimal $
