Hey everyone, THANKS for the ideas and suggestions. I plan to get up on the roof, but right now I'm concerned about the structural stability of the unit. I thank God that we were able to tow it home after simply duct taping the gaping holes. If I'd know then about the underlying condition of the trailer, I might not have chanced it.
I'm going to continue ripping out rotten stuff and re-doing the framework.
