Well, the preferred method is to bed the window in a layer of butyl tape because it can move, alot. The front wall of your trailer has hundreds of pounds per inch of air pressure when you are going down the highway. If you search youtube you can see videos of brand new trailers that have dents when traveling.
I would just re-bed the window in a thick layer of butyl tape and after it has squished out I would run a bead of Pro-cell sealant around the top and sides. Leave the bottom so any moisture that does get behind the seal has a way out.
