If you're sleeping in one of the pull-out beds, close all windows everywhere else in the trailer, and close the door(s). Then the incoming air will be pulled in right across your bed.

Thank you. We do have a roof vent and your solution is what we've done before and will likely continue to do until we get it replaced with an AC.
As I reflect on this further, there are two key problems:
1. generally too hot at times
2. specifically too hot and bright in the mornings because of the location of our side of the trailer
An AC or swamp cooler will help with #1. And some form of reflective barrier will help with both parts of #2.
