I have seen the ones with the back door and in most places it would be great. There are a few places we go that I don't even like going to the backside of the camper because the neighbors are right there or there are too many trees but that is rare, usually plenty of space. Good luck.
I agree with emptying the tanks and I think having the door on the back would make it even easier.
