I have that with the bathroom door curb side. Most campsites we stay in would make the bathroom door unusable (walking into neighbor's site) for us. Also, I have pulled onto the shoulder of the roam many times for emergency "I have to go potty now" stops. I much prefer the curb side for that too.

My TT has a slide out rack which we tend to stand on when using the outside shower.
