Newbie here.....Does anyone have a rig like this???

Just so you know most of the fridge's in the out door kitchen only run on 120 V AC power. So if you are planning to go where you do not have hookups you would need to use an alternative power source for that fridge.

I personally love my out door cooking set up but it is not attached to the TT. One of my favorite times a day is to get up go out and put a post of coffee on and just enjoy the stillness of the morning in the mountains.
