I used the CIPA slip on's with my old F150. I thought they worked great. My next truck will have the factory towing mirrors if I have a choice. (Probably buying used). But I will make sure I upgrade to OEM style mirrors.
The CIPA's were fine...they really were. I would use them again if I had too. They just need a place to store them when not in use. Factory mirrors you just push them in and they are stowed. My last F350 towing mirrors were fantastic and really helped being able to see. Next truck will likely be a F150.
