I was hoping 'the man' would pipe in here (is that a very bad pun?). 'b' knows from whence he speaks. Winter TC-ing, full-time is his forte. Winter camping is only mezzo-forte with me. He is right about the huge difference between spending a few frigid nights and living to tell about it, compared to an endless season of cold.
