Newbie Seeking Camper ID - Tacoma TRD Offroad Shortbed

Thanks for the info guys. I'm cringing a little because I have already moved forward with the purchase as well as TorkLift frame mounts. The guy I'm buying it from has had it for three years on the colorado and drove it across the country to Vermont and back. Assuming that I move forward carefully, what are the risks that I may be taking?

Also, does anyone know what type of camper this is? That would help clear up a lot of questions about weight but I can't seem to find make or model info.
