Enlarging the picture it looks like the camper is sitting on a pallet(s) probably to get it up high enough to clear the cab. Neither of the tie-downs appear to be used and some sort of cable seems to be tied to the plywood at the back of the camper to inside the bed (to the tailgate latch posts?) in no doubt to keep the entire camper from falling off the back of the truck driving it to wherever this picture was taken.
I'm not seeing what would keep this camper from falling off the side of the bed on a sharp curve or strong sidewind. It doesn't seem to be attached in any meaningful way to the truck.
You would need a different truck to safely haul this. Once you set this thing down on your truck it will become clear that this is not a good fit or safe to go down the road.
