Seriously, you need to back out of the deal for two reasons:

1) You truck won't safely handle the camper, and,

2) You got seriously screwed on the price. That is a $500-1000 dollar camper all day long. No furnace, no refrigerator, no electrical system?
It's a bare bones shell. $3000? Are you kidding me?

Run away.
