I tow about 6000 lbs loaded trailer with 2016 F150 with Equalizer hitch.
Just a baseline on my hitch set up. After arriving I have to raise the hitch with the tongue jack about 4" to get the bars to relax off the saddles.
I have my OEM Ford brake controller set at 6.
