So what you've found in the replies is many "methods" for adjusting the truck for towing.
Some better than others based on interpretation of what folks actually do vs how they describe it.
That said, I've never weighed a truck n trailer in my life, owning and or driving/towing hundreds of each. But for you, it will be a valuable data point to understand your axle weights and tongue weight.
REalize though, it's not the science experiment some make it out to be. And exact tuning like you'd tune a guitar string or ignition timing is of diminishing returns. You're on the right track with the suggestions and advice given. Have fun w you new camper!
