I know you think that you don't need water, however, there may be times you will want or need to carry it.
At our usual CG there was a water warning that e-coli had been found. This last time camping, the water tasted like bleach! It was too horrible for drinking or cooking.
We always carry our own water at least 1/3 full. You never know when you'll need it.
The problem with looking for such a light TC, you'll always have to worry over every extra pound.
If you have to make so many concessions on what you want/need, you may find that you'll be unhappy with your choice. I know as a woman that I needed a nice kitchen to cook and room to move around.
Take your time and love your choice. I've seen too many times that the wife is the one who really needs to be happy with the unit. Guys (almost) always say they need less. I hope you find what you're looking for.
