Yes they are. Pastime, available only in the northwest now, actually weighed each unit as it came off the floor. Mine weighs only 5 pounds more than the tag says...first owner added something I suppose. Mine's a 1998 though so I can't vouch for how they do it now. the tag weight also includes full propane and fresh water tanks.
