- dockmasterdaveExplorerIf memory serves me right, they will soon be required equipment on all cars, soon to be followed by all trucks.
I would guess the problem with tying them into the RV rear camera, would be coming up with a universal system for communication from camera to monitor.
Like having different operating systems. - downtheroadExplorerI liked the review cam our our new Subaru so much that I added an after market one to my truck.
- is_it_friday_yeExplorerI agree that they should be required from the factory now. I have been walking around the back of my truck in the driveway just to check as I don't have a backup camera. My kids aren't so small anymore, but some of the neighborhood kids are.
- loulou57ExplorerI would like to see rear cameras on every vehicle built. There is no reason that I know that they could not be mandatory. I would love to see them on all RV's not only motor homes as a standard item. We have one on our Avalanche and now when driving a vehicle without one I find it uncomfortable.
- camperpaulExplorerBilly,
It is not you missing something it is the truck manufacturers who are missing something.
