Did you buy the rig before or after the hail damage?
Did you negotiate the 19k sale price with the dealer 'fixing' the said damage on their dime before you gave them all of your money on it?
If you knew about the damage at the time of sale, why did you agree to such a high price for it?
How long ago did the damage happen?
I know I'm being an ass here... But, with only the info you provided, these are the questions that popped into my head as I was reading it..
