A friend of mine is a tech at a Nissan dealer. He has nothing nice to say about the XD's.
Rear diff and wiring harness issues are some of the stories he told me. One truck was unfixable and they ended up replacing it.
He also says he has had to do so many CVT transmissions that he has it down to a science.
It's a shame because I owned an 05 Xterra we bought new for years and loved it. Stout no nonsense truck that did everything I asked with no issues. Always liked Nissans after that.
