Wow, I don't have any of those issues, if I did I would consider changing things, driving my rig down the road is as relaxing as driving my wife's PT Cruiser Rag top.
Drives like it is on rails, no sway, I will say I haven't tow in a strong cross wind yet, but don't see an issues with a 11,000# 5er.
