The Leaf battery pack, which has had life span problems lasts an average of ten years. There are few of us who keep a car that long.

Very hard to do when there are 68,000 locations. There is one 200 feet from my Condo. The number of charging stations in my tiny city (Regina, SK) has doubled every year for the last three years. But most charging is not done at "stations".

No, not with a properly planned trip. Further, I can cool down or warm up the car before I start to travel. Yes, you can do the same with an ICE, but not all ICE engines "like" being idled for long time periods.
