non working toilet

We have a StarCraft Hybrid trailer 2008. There is no water going into the toilet and we don't know why. It does not have the foot pedal flusher but rather it's on the back of the toilet. The last time we used the trailer (last September) it worked fine. Any suggestions/ideas? If it needs to be replaced can we replace with the foot pedal flush?

we just replaced the toilet in our 2007 Roo 23SS. it had the side flush handle. the gate that the handle opened to flush, broke and would open.
we were able to easily replace it with a foot flush model, which is way better.
have you tried flushing with both water sources? is water flowing in the other areas of the trailer?
  • These valves fail fairly often. You can buy the valve and do the surgery on it to replace it I did this in a 2001 Mallard TT. or you can replace the toilet with a different one. I would make sure that you do have water in the bathroom first by running the sink. If you do have water there. I would disconnect the water source make sure you tanks are empty and then you can remove the toilet. Place something over the hole to seal it off. You and now see all the workings. It isn't a job that needs an expert service tech just somebody good with tools and the usual DIY abilities.
