Northstar 850SC on 2015 Ford F-150 truck
The camper dry weight at 1700 is under the 2100 pound payload capacity, but wet and loaded weight with my kayaks and all would be about 2700 pounds. Getting the Ford maximum payload package for $3000...

Having said this I still see a whole bunch of posts using this same truck camper on bigger trucks... Even some with dullys...
Of course we are always thinking ahead and most folks like to go bigger and bigger...

Yeah, years ago Northstar contacted me and asked if they could use our combo for their website.
I wouldn't have put that camper on a half ton.
