Probably because market research tells manufacturers this European look wouldn't sell here. On our last trip Downunder last Nov I went to a large caravan show where open, airy, white / off white interiors with large windows and skylights was the common theme in almost all units ...





As one who owns a US built Coachmen which in comparison is dark as a cave I really liked these light interiors, along with what was obviously far better construction than we have here in N America.
