You have to find the make and model that has the windows. It will likely be more expensive, because windows cost a whole lot more than blank wall space. It is not so much a matter of size as it is brand and the target price range.
My wife picked the RV we have partly because it was so bright and airy inside. Part of this was the large windows in the living and bedroom areas, part because of the wood, wallcovering, and fabric colors. The same model RV in the sister Winnebago Minnie model line was much darker inside, even with the same windows, partly because of the trim, partly because we looked at the Minnie inside a building, at the Itasca outside on a sunny day.
