NYS trailer inspections Long Island

Hey all,

Does anybody know of a travel trailer friendly (easy in and out)place to get a NYS inspection done on Long Island? I think all of the RV dealers are now extinct on Long Island. Being in a very congested area, just bringing a 32 foot travel trailer to any local gas station is not an option. Also, an honest shop would be nice so that I'm not told as soon as I pull in that my 2013 needs "a full brake job to pass".

Any suggestions?

    Unfortunately he is right.. Long Island is notorious for expanding the bill as much as possible.

    There is a trailer place out on the north fork and a repair shop near Patchogue that specializes in RV's but I cannot remember either of there names. The repair shop is on north side of the 495 somewhere between exit 66 - 60

    No such thing as an honest shop. Move to a state that doesn't require inspection!
